River Ridge Family Health offers simple, transparent membership pricing with unlimited access to primary care. No insurance required (you can still use insurance for labs and Rx).

Individual Plans

• Adult Membership – $79 per month

• Child Membership (Ages 1–17, no adult required) – $55 per month

• Child Add-On (with adult member) – $35 per month

• Non-Member Urgent Care Visit – $125 per visit

  Credited towards membership if enrolled with 7 days

Family Plans

• Adult Couple Membership – $145 per month

• Family of Three (Two adults and one child) – $180 per month

• Family of Four (Two adults and up to two children) – $215 per month

• Family of Five (Two adults and up to three children) – $250 per month

  Additional children may be added for $10 each.

Enrollment Fee

• Individual Plan – $100

• Family Plan – $200
